      Pros

      Opens some doors, because other companies know you can take punishment. The training is okayyyy. Its not in depth and honestly if your manager is bad you will also be bad. But they dont care about you either way so their strengths are kind of cons. I knew a guy who worked there for years and never cashed a commission check once.

      Cons

      Work life balance Low pay No credibility in the industry Being replaced by Zip Recruiter lol Cold Call Harassment Frat Culture. Toms of excess drinking. Fine in your twenties but it gets super sad really quickly.

      Fun, young atmosphere, happy hours, etc., a lot to learn (if you have a good manager)

      Super high-pressure for extremely low pay, promotion system began to feel like a pyramid scheme
