      Pros

      - The onboarding experience is excellent. It’s well thought out, making it easy to land smoothly in both the company and the team. The quality of the documentation and the process is impressive for a team this size. - The culture is great, there’s a lot of freedom in how and when you work, and even some room to shape what you work on (within reason). - The challenges are exciting and meaningful, especially if you’re interested in Generative AI. “Always learning” isn’t just a value here, it’s a reality. - The team is incredibly talented, which is a huge plus if you’re looking to grow.

      Cons

      Honestly, I haven’t found any real cons so far. Just to mention: the team spans multiple time zones, so Slack is active around the clock. If you like to stay highly engaged with everything happening in the company, it can be a bit challenging to set boundaries and avoid checking the messages all day long. That said, this isn’t a company fault at all, in fact, they actively encourage a healthy work-life balance.
