      There are no good reasons to work for Workforce

      Cons

      Long hours, very average pay, rude senior management. Unless you are in with the "in crowd" then you have no chance. There are agencies out there who are much better to work for......go and work for them, not this bunch. Been investigated for people trafficking and shadey business practices when closing their training company.

      Some people are okay to work with side by side with, just regular people.

      Cons

      There's a high turn over rate, not because it's recruitment, but because nobody wants to work under these managers or with the cheap dated systems. If you're looking for recruitment or office roles, they're in high demand all over the country. Go with someone else.
