Unfortunately, too many to give an an exhaustive list. But, below is a list to highlight a few of the main ones:
Enterprise team leadership was dreadful
Mediocre health benefits
Woefully inadequate vacation benefits (really embarrassingly bad)
Cramped open office with no privacy and little ability to focus because there are so many people in very close quarters. It’s one thing that we all agreed on. The office environment sucked. No one wanted to be there.
Little to no training on processes and products and how to work collaboratively across teams.
Little to no documentation on processes
Stale products
Rudimentary LMS
Management pushed back and discouraged any employees in Austin working from home
Really no culture to speak of...just hit your numbers
No dedicated HR (The HR person left because too many employees were complaining and upper management wasn’t doing anything about it)
