      Poor culture and work like balance - Expect early morning and late evening meetings Unprofessional behaviour from senior leaders with lack of professionalism Monotony work and no great learning Micromanagement Leadership Instability - Frequent changes in the CEO position and an unclear company strategy and vision. 3 CEOs changes in 2024 first half. Frequent Layoffs - 2 times layoffs in 18 months. Favouritism in Compensation - Secret hikes, promotions and bonuses Manager puppets are valued

      Pros

      Health benefit, unlimited PTO, decent pay, good community of employees (not in upper management/elt)

      Cons

      lack of communication between teams, frequent layoffs with no notice or support after the fact, lack of respect for employees who were loyal, hired on too many people and could not maintain control over their own budget and had to let a large percentage of people go due to their mistake. So many good people who left long term stable jobs to work for Workspot just to get let go within in months of employment, such a shame.
