Fast paced, multi-hat wearing but that's not a con that's a sign of a fast growing organization that entrusts employees with many facets of the business.

Constant changes with very little communication, changes related to compensation happened frequently. Territory assignment frequently changed, and when you're building a book of business and you're focused on building relationships, these changes presented challenges not only for the employee but the customers as well. No female leadership. At times, toxic work environment/culture... operates as a good ol' boys club. Constant "down-sizing". At times, a lot of micro-management. No healthcare benefits, no PTO, limited opportunities for growth.
