terrible pay -
don't expect a raise unless you go way above and beyond and even then expect a measly 50 cent raise...and to add insult to injury they will give you a raise at the same time minimum wage goes up so you don't get a cost of living raise either you end up making less due to inflation every year.
Management-
is bottom of the barrel...racist, sexist, completely lost...you can tell unless you are management they don't care about you. I've witnessed sexual harassment, bullying, favoritism from managers and when reported nothing came of it. Have witnessed settlements for religious harassment in the past due to managers.
Turnover rate-
It's ridiculous my department was never fully staffed and once people left the company their work load was assigned with promise of raises but that never happened and many people left due to the blatant lying and constant promises of raises with more workload. The only people who have been here 10 years are all of upper management or close friends of upper management. everyone is expendable
Everything is the cheapest possible, there's hardly fun here birthday celebration once a month with the cheapest cupcakes/icecream/cake you can find... that's about it for fun.
