We're told how we are the future and all those people that left just fear change. The mantra is if they left they fear change? The people that uprooted their lives and changed jobs, fear change? At first it made sense to me, I enjoyed the koolaid and potential opportunity. Now, ever few weeks I see a mission critical employee leave and the rest of us scramble to pick up the mess with little to no cross-training and the mantra continues, they feared changing their old ways. I feel like it's assimilate, or move on. I'll take the latter, check please, as quickly as possible.
Where's the Board in all this? Complicit? Unaware? All these eerily similar worded positive GlassDoor posts, almost the same writing style, talking about the direction of the company. What is the direction of the company? Where is the transparency that existed in the fall? How's membership? How's revenue? Down is certainly a direction. Please stop selling profit as revenue, we're not all sheep. I guess we'll have to wait till the financials are posted on Propublica, if we're still called WorldatWork.
