Pros
Location is the only pro and only if you live in Hagerstown.
Cons
Management doesn’t really exist. There are titles floating around but no one really has any control over how employees are treated on a daily basis. Nor do they care. There is no training and a constant turn around of employees. Agency has shrunk as time has passed. A sinking ship.
