      Fantastic colleagues. Good learning opportunities and growth potential. Strong company vision and mission. Good company culture. You get a strong feeling that you're making a positive impact.

      Cons

      Being a large global entity, corporate guidelines and processes take a while to trickle down to countries. Working time can be a bit inflexible as most meetings and training are in Finland time.
