It's ok at best if you put the work in.
Pros
Easy to get hired. Their is no boss or higher up telling you what to do. If you learn the job and want to come back after quitting they will hire you back if you did a decent job in the past. Almost all of the vans provide great A/C and are comfortable Paid time off 401k small matching.
Cons
No incentive to do a good job. Was promised Medical benefits and have never received them. Some of the workphones and chargers are old, outdated and lose battery within a 3 to 5 hour period. Charging cables sometimes do no work at all. (old outdated equipment. Management and owner has little care about you. (You are more of a number or can be replaced then a friendly asset to them.) Troubleshooting the Amazon Flex app. with driver support can be quite frustrating.
