      Staff are abusive, coworkers will set you up and your job is based on scamming customers with underhanded tactics to get a sale.

      I got paid for nothing, water dispenser was never not full.

      Cons

      Zero training, zero support, toxic positivity and sheer pressure. Taught to lie to customers and scam them.

      - Decent starting point if you have never had a job. - Decent work environment (Staff are friendly)

      Cons

      - Micromanagement is over the top. Everything you do is looked over by the boss and criticized. - There is no benefits of working there - There is no functional pay structure - There is no room for growth - There is no pay increments. If you want a pay rise, you must ask. You will never get one, unless mandatory based on age. - The boss is very rude and changes their mind on the spot for various tasks/projects.
