Simply Its not good. Dominating. No KT proper sessions. Over Action. Showing Seniority. No salary hikes. Regionalism observed. dominating dominating dominating.. How can an employee prove him/her self with this domination ? Some leads without technical knowledge, bonded to this Org. since more years and enjoying.
