      - Age old policies - dey would just blindly follow them. - Incompetent / under-skilled work force. - Vision terribly misplaced. - HR can be said to be anything but People Team

      Management will tech you how to betray a customer....

      Cons

      its not an employee centric company. Top management is ok. But those who are in the middle management are utter waste. They don't have a clear road with respect to the project in hand. Give thousands of ideas and task has to be completed in war front.
