      Pay is good and Pay is good.

      Cons

      They expect a salaried employee in management to follow the same exact rules as an hourly employee, grouping within the team , no structure, tries to implement a super weird culture, no cameras anywhere and the director listens to others and goes off what they say also never looks into anything .
