Pros

Pros can't name them I've never worked for a company as dishonest as xtl

Cons

The management horribles They set you up to fail to say they hired you. The president is a piece of you know what stealing daddy's money. The management and he are pieces of you know what run they hire and fire nobody stays. You can probably make great money boosting their product a horrible place to work

Pros

Honestly the only best thing i can say about the pros are just getting experience from this place thats all

Cons

Checks are horrible i did regional for them for a month i just graduated from school and came here to xtl and was told i was gonna make some good money from tim but when i seen my first check then my second then my third i was like nah this aint for me i made more with out a cdl the highest i seen was 430.00 honest to god.......never even worked 5 days a week they want you to call everyday at 2pm to see if they have something for you the next day so that should tell you right there that the people that been there for years are ahead of you so you might only work 2 days out the week but this pay did not fit me or for my family so i had to roll......did i give them 2 weeks notice.....well do they give you 2 weeks notice when they fire you? Your basically working for free here
