Pros
Not many clients, so not much work, if you prefer light workloads.
Cons
Leadership team did not communicate well with the team. No clear vision. Late with salary payments (up to 10 days late on occasion). Have not contributed to pension schemes for employees, which is a legal requirement in the UK. Leadership team was sometimes abrasive with employees.
