      Being a part of WPP (GroupM) company salary always on time.

      Cons

      Too much of work - No work life balance, I stayed awake late nights for months to finish the work. Expectations from leadership changes frequently; and you'd have to deal with it. Bad part is that you work like in a startup culture, and what you're paid is like an ordinary media agency. Yearly increments aren't good either. Every team in this organization works same - everybody is working under pressure. Only focus that leadership has is running new Ad campaigns for clients and increasing the yearly revenue.

      Pros

      Part of group M so exposure to brands is very high. Since it's a central team exposure to multiple categories and business is high. Some extended teams are helpfull

      Cons

      Many talented people leave because of politics. Management doesn't really care for anything and just want keep peopleat their side who say yes to everything.
