Management beyond one level above knows nothing about the job I performed, never checked in. Clearly marked structure for promotions was not followed, promotions dangled in front of many instructors to keep us where we were. Management organization shuffled many times, clear influence of military experience as far as "the good old boys", favoritism, and unprofessional treatment of employees.

I have a complete lack of trust in senior leaderships ability to recognize what the true organizational/process problems are and then implement meaningful, sustainable change. Regardless of what you see in the company press releases and PR, this organization has an old school leadership/management model and I don't see that changing any time soon.
