Cancellations reduce hours ... however, admin is great at rerouting and giving opportunity to pick up hours

Pros

Great exposure to autistic population, ABA techniques, and ongoing feedback and information from BCBAs.

Cons

Communication from admin and HR is inconsistent and untimely. Very difficult to get a fair raise. I advise new hires to negotiate a high rate during the initial interview because decent "raises" are almost impossible to get.
