My Journey: Starting your career in a Startup has itself been a blessing for me, focus was my only key working here, which helped me achieve whatever I wanted to. Professional: Got the opportunity to work on technologies in and around my own field with continuous experimentation and research, brushed up so many skills, and the level of confidence I have achieved, this culture build up in me would remain in life forever. Personal: Working with a team that guides you train yourself and build you professionally, being on the work front, you fail so many times, you achieve, you feel motivated but only if you have a good team backing you all the time. Management: They had always been ready to help you in anything whether personally or professionally. Even during the Covid-Times, they had been in front making our job life run smoothly, taking care of our requirements, consistent in calling and checking our health status. doing continuous iterations in policies, introducing new ones that align with employee's expectations, and stood up as a strength in times of need. Career & Growth: I have seen my growth here whether it is in terms of salary, savings, Gratuity, incentives, Health Insurance, or acknowledgment, and career in terms of new learnings or certifications in new technologies.
