      I am sorry your experience at Xode did not live up to what you had imagined. --You "came from a Fortune 500 Company"? Technically, you had already been fired from that company, you just failed to mention that in your interview or include that on your resume, which we later found out from a sales person who called on us from your old copier company. --"Pay better, don't weigh it so much on commission"? We don't offer compensation based on commissions so I am not sure how we could weigh our pay any less on commissions. We are Salary + Bonus. --"Think outside the box"? If expecting your sales people to make calls from 8 AM to 4:30 PM is antiquated thinking and relegated to being "In the Box" type thoughts, then I guess we don't think Outside the Box. You got us on that one!

      Sorry that your time at Xode was not a positive one. Unfortunately, every job is not a fit for every person. Even good people can find a job not to their liking or not structured to their skillset. As for not having a structured system, Xode is pending it's ISO 9001 certification, so it is hard to imagine it does not offer structure. Perhaps it was just not the type of structure you were looking for. You are a good guy and I sincerely wish you the best of luck in the future.

      Outdated office, files are on the floor in a room. Don’t have client info in a database. It’s all in “blue” books. The owners are total narcissistic jerks and get off on belittling employees in meetings and screaming at the production staff.
