Great teammates, flat structure, judgement-free invorenment, additional semi-vacation at the end of the year, relaxed atmosphere, flexible hours, allowed partial remote work, great diversity
Cons
Compensation and lack of almost any team-building activities
Xplenty worked to solve interesting problems and for a remote company, they really worked to foster a sense of team and transparency
Cons
Like any SaaS environment, things change quickly. They also focus on finding undervalued talent (read: talented, but maybe doesn't have a relevant degree) so pay might be less than what you may see elsewhere, but you will have more opportunity for skill growth.
