I could write a whole novel about my experience there but who would honestly take the time to read that? So I’ll just be brief. Here’s what’s great about working here: The support and mentorship helped me to immensely develop my skills. I learned far more during my tenure at Xtremax than I did in school. My managers were wonderful, intelligent people who supported me every step of the way. They proved to me time and time again that they genuinely cared about my success and wellbeing. The culture was spectacular.
Cons
Honestly, I can’t think of any. This was my first job after college, and after working here for a few years, I thought it best for me to explore my options, which is exactly what I did. I may return to Xtremax in the future.
