      good starting point in your job, not for a long term career

      Pros

      pay for transportation and provide a daily allowance for lunch the company pays for. hosts fun events for the employees.

      Cons

      too relaxed an atmosphere for me... you get treated the same if you give 110% vs 30% so where is the reward for giving it your all if you can get by with less. not much room for growth most manager positions seemed to be hired from outside rather then growing competent employees so there can be high turnover.
