      Pros

      Used to be a fantastic company, but the new leadership has no idea what they are doing.

      Cons

      New owner decided he wanted to play CEO even though he has zero understanding of the product or industry. Lots of knee jerk decision making. Used to be like a family now it’s just your typical corporate job where people are disposable. No diversity whatsoever. More concerned with appearing to be diverse, support accessibility, etc, than with actually doing it.

      Pros

      Nice downtown office, flexible work from home policy, good supply of snacks and soda.

      Cons

      Benefits way below average, as a result they have been struggling to form and keep a good engineering group in Denver office.  Company has been around for a very long time and over the years formed a complex culture and heavy process that unfortunatelly has been influenced too much by overseas teams.
