Thank you for your feedback. Over the past 3 years we have continued to progress and make the transition into a manufacturing organisation from an R&D, Oxford University spin-out. Whilst there may have been a lack of processes in some areas in 2015, we now have the appropriate processes in place in order to meet customer demands, and we have continued to build our experienced management team. One thing that has remained the same, however, is the friendly, dedicated workforce who are willing to go the extra mile! We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.
