In all honesty, I wouldn't put a single positive thing about working here if I didn't have to. This has been a black hole on my career and this company is shady, secretive and never fulfills a single promise - even those put on paper. 1. The company is extremely toxic to its employees. They grind you down and spit you out. Even if you are loyal, they will undermine you and throw you to the wolves. 2. The sexism is rampant. They never promote women. 3. There is zero communication between the CEO/R&D Team and the rest of the company. They churn out crappy products and then get pissed when no one buys the new cameras because they are almost the exact same specs as the one they just released two months prior. 4. They lie to their customers and expect their employees to go along with it. 5. They encourage employees to sabotage each other. 6. Management does not care if employees quit. They just expect the other employees to pick up the slack and acquire more responsibilities. 7. Don't expect to ever receive a bonus for Christmas. 8. Lack of clarity regarding OKRs/KPIs means that management doesn't have to award promotions to its employees for hitting those metrics.

At least 90% of the people I met during my first 3 months on the job, had left the company. Anyone who decides to work there should be prepared to deal with complete lack of support from the company. No matter what is promised at the interview, there won't be any budget for marketing, or promotions. Most of the people give up on trying to be active very early on. The worst part of the job is dealing with the CEO and his wife lack management skills and work ethics.
