Cons
You can expect to be treated with little respect by the members, who often display the classic “I’m rich, I’m a CEO, I’m superior” attitude. The senior management team, composed of these same members, exists primarily to be admired by their peers. Unfortunately, they show little concern for the individuals who truly keep the organization running.
