- work on time (all colleagues) - leave on time (few colleagues) - can wfh with any reason (if boss like you)
Cons
- old seafood colleagues will judge you as always - no trust between colleagues and boss - not a happy environment workplace since most of colleagues wfh - lunch time just have one hour and location is not good - boss always find you before few minutes at lunch time or office hours
