      Pros

      I can't think of a single one. Nope, not one single pro to this company, nor it's management, which is very, very poor.

      Cons

      If you enjoy being micro-managed, belittled, insulted, berated and in general have little to no self esteem, then Cypress Inland Corp / YardView is the place for you!

      Small company that treats their team like a family

      Pros

      They are an established SaaS provider with a very small team. If you are a self-starter who's comfortable identifying and suggesting ideas, this is a great place for you. It can be face-paced and challenging, but hard work is appreciated and acknowledged. There's plenty of opportunity to take on new projects, get involved in multiple areas of the work, and learn and develop new skills.

      Cons

      Some roles get limited direction, and that works better for those of us who are independent and very self-motivated. They could have a stronger 401K plan.

      Pros

      Everyday is different, helping customers solve issues in their yard and teach them how to use the platform to help improve operations. Everyone on the YardView team is helpful and wants to help each other. The teams are open and collaborative and everyone gets an opportunity to weigh in.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to juggle.
