My experience: Authoritarian management styles, very risk averse, ABW environment creates an email culture and erodes team cohesion, punitive measures rather than constructive feedback given, organisational values not lived up to, hypocrisy in management.
HR a bunch of idiots, led by the forshadowing idiot.
ELT a bunch of morons. Self indulgemt, low IQ, tammi Rise, git the job because shes female, bot due to competance.
Shes as dumb as the fools that she surrounds herself with. Kinda like dumb and dumber.
