Well I figured I better be the first one to leave a comment about our business. We are a smaller company that like to make sure our employees have a life outside of work. We work hard and we play hard. Family comes first!
Some of the benefits of Ydraw are good wages, yearly cruise, occasional lunches, great environment and great owner. (thanks me)
Cons
We do not offer heath insurance. We do work hard and some people do not like that.
