-Poor production management -Managements poor training skills -No communication -A LOT of Favoritism -Disrespectful managers -Culture isn't what it used to be -Pointing the finger at who did what wrong instead of Working together to fix the problem -Get rid of their hard working employees and than hire a whole bunch of newbies with no experience! -Should pay there hard working employees what they deserve -You cant have an opinion
