Pros
There had been working some great people. But all of them left the company. And I decided to right some worlds to save your time and your mental health.
Cons
The company fired one day, despite the laws. The owner of the company considers it normal to insult and humiliate people. If he doesn’t like you, he can fire you in one day, and also not paid wages. There were also cases when the owner applied to a law firm to demand the return of the paid wages. The company considers it normal to humiliate, insult and intimidate employees.

- Huge micromanagement. Lack of competency by the management team - Product extremly hard to sell as you can find it for free in the web - There is no natural light in the office - Everybody speaks Russian in the company, no english
