The union handles the insurance so for family medical and dental nothing comes out your check. Time and a half after 8

Cons

All the equipment is barely legal. The trucks are filthy and dangerous. If the vehicle isn't white you're putting your life on the line every time you go out. Just apply at any other union company.

Pros

you've got to really want a job but it pays the bills, or at least it did. Found a MUCH better job elsewhere.

Cons

Terminal manager in Raleigh is horrible. You get your a** ridden all the time and get credit for NOTHING unless something goes wrong.

Big LTL Company, should be in business a long time.

Cons

Lack of respect form local management. You will alwyas know when you did worng. Rarely ever a compliment. Very long hours w/o a thank you.
