- Using latest technologies - Good colleagues - Free food and snacks
Cons
- The mouth managers - Micromanagement - Very bad culture. All the employees, beside the friendly collaboration, try to protect themselves from the confrontation with the managers. It would be disaster if a bug is found in the development process. Very high-demanding managers. You feel no support if sth bad happened and then discovered your code is the reason!! The rules are not specific. They just fire a person because the managers decide to. đŸ˜² The rate of leaving or being fired from the company is very high.
