Chaos, lack of meeting etc.

During the recruitment process, there was no clear information about the salary and finally, the bonus was much lower than expected. During covid and remote work, it is hard to connect to others. The atmosphere is weird and initially seems very nice, but then becomes unclear and stressful. Part of managers is inexperienced, which leads to poor management.
