Some smart people work here in the Amsterdam office, clever technology.

Cons

Very inexperienced management team, no clear structure, zero business ethics, sales people are asked to lie to clients - fake it till you make it is the motto. e.g. they say they have a lot of clients in the airline industry, but it should say HAD. Most of them dont want to work with this company. Clients are dissatisfied and walk away and the previous name YD sets off alarm bells with Dutch advertisers. CFO ran away after 3 months for no clear reason, COO fires people whenever he pleases and without any reason.

- very eager team that is never satisfied with the staus quo - stimulating environment to deliver performance - lot of room for professional development - opportunity to have a big business impact - informal techie vibe at the offices

Cons

- performance reviews can use some more structure and be scheduled more regularly - offices are all 'open workspaces', I prefer some more closed offices to fully focus without interruption
