The "no breaks" policy was inhumane. As an Associate, I was expected to work tirelessly for hours on end without a single moment to rest, hydrate, or use the restroom. This was especially brutal during peak hours when the store was packed. Upper management seemed indifferent to our plight, prioritizing profits over employee well-being.

Drama with younger coworkers and not a lot of communication.

The CEO"s greed was infuriating; it felt like they were a tyrant squeezing every penny out of us. The company's policies seemed designed to benefit the CEO's pockets rather than the employees who made the business run. It was disturbing to see how little respect was given to the team on the ground. The lack of fair compensation and appreciation made the role feel unworthy of the effort we put in.
