My experience with the company was unfortunately very disappointing. There were no meaningful employee benefits provided aside from lunch. The management, especially within the NPD division, was toxic — frequently placing unrealistic burdens on employees without proper support or appreciation.
The HR department did not function as an employee support system; it was limited to recruitment tasks and offered no solutions for workplace issues or concerns. There was also an unspoken expectation to be available 24/7, despite the absence of overtime pay, bonuses, or clear reward systems.
From a business perspective, the company lacked strategic direction. Priorities and decisions changed almost weekly, creating confusion and instability — one week we were told to do A, the next week it changed to B without explanation or alignment.
Worse, instead of nurturing and developing employees, management often resorted to criticism, belittling staff for a lack of knowledge rather than offering training or opportunities for growth. There was no clear path for employee development, learning, or career progression.
