Fun atmosphere Liberal environment and CEO listens to your ideas Growing company so everyone is motivated Good work/life balance Opportunities to work from home if needed Networking with merchants and office parties
Cons
The Pay is very low Lack of advancement No long-term goal Office seems to be shrinking and the CEO doesn't want to grow. The management doesn't like taking risks or try new things. Any project we do has very low.

Pros
Great work environment, team atmosphere, lots of autonomy, nice perks like team yoga, company socials and free swoops! Lots of room for growth if you put in the time and effort.
Cons
Position requires someone who is very resilient as do all transactional sales jobs. With the autonomy given you must be a self starter to succeed. Very competitive space
