      Questionable business practices

      Pros

      Decent hourly rate and easy job. Lots of customer interactions and meaningful conversations

      Cons

      Ownership layed off 100% of its restaurant staff with only 24 hour notice because they made a knee-jerk decision to restructure. CEO blew his lid and fired everyone because he couldn’t handle the pressure coming from investors. No warning lay-offs, no severance.

      Pros

      Healing people through personalized meal plans - a great concept.

      Cons

      Deceitful management - ensured remote work, bonus, and 401k; none of which were ever delivered. Management continuously talks about "love and respect" but I've never experienced such short tempered management - frequently threatening employees' jobs and belittling people for petty things day after day. I was one of many people who decided to leave after seeing too much blatant disrespect towards great colleagues.
