When things go bad, there will not be anyone there to cover your back. This place can bring your morale and values down.

Management sucks. They perform cheap tricks on you like increasing your notice period(During probation) after you have joined the office. You need to take special permission for using the printer. Any candidate you refer, only gets 30 % hike. But when they recruit their own candidates, they give more than 100 %. No one cares about what you learn here. They only care about how many defects you have fixed(Not how many have opened or your quality of code). Major Micromanagement. They even look into your personal life. Company doesn't provide Bike/Car Parking to the people working in the office. Parking your bike/Car outside the office results in your vehicle being confiscated by the Police. Management made me wait for 3 years for my car/bike pass. It is still making me wait and making false promises. YOU JUST CANNOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Make sure you negotiate with the management and get a vehicle pass before even agreeing to the Offer. They do not give you revised Offer letters. There is no specific policy here. They change their policies then and there. Gender inequality in office. They only recruit married women or only Men for both night and regular shifts. No outings. No Laptops for SDE. Only provided for people who want to watch movies.
