The entire company is run like a manufacturing plant. People have titles but no experience. Upper management never talks to the employees they just give orders. No matter how long you work there when you give your notice they could careless. They don't even ask why you are leaving. No exit interview. Oh yes, and there is absolutely no on boarding. You never know when your last day is. No security. Never talk about pay increases.
