1. The System-The whole system is completed corrupted with every vile in the world you can ever think of. Most of the employees are talented and hard-working(the reason why these people still make money). All they care about is the end-product; you are free to beg, borrow and steal which even the CEO and co-founder does (I meant philosophies and quotes.)If you are a sycophant, you can survive to an extent, after a while, the CEO'S paranoia will take over and nothing can help you then. A time-tracking device is installed on all your laptops from the moment you login in for work. It takes SCREENSHOTS of your activities every 5 minutes unbeknownst to most employees. You have to be productive for 8 hours o the app even if it's just scrolling through something or the other. The company-wide communication app slack is as safe as the Facebook messenger if you know what I mean. 2. Human Resource Management-The (IN)Humane resource managers are all that is wrong about this company. All they do is blame you, gaslight you or ask you to write apologies for the CEO to boost his ego. They will not think twice before lying to you and are completely devoid of any humanity ironically. Your salary can be deducted for no reason, it can be withheld again for no reason. If you feel adventurous and ask for the reason , then they would tell you coz the CEO said so. Your salaries can also be deducted for not completing 8 hours every day on the productivity app and the Hr actually records this data for every employee every day and sends it to the CEO. Leaves are a joke,-no extra half days, no sick leaves. And if you are absent for more than a week stating a health issue, they would send someone to YOUR HOME uninformed to check if the reason is genuine or not. Your mental health is not even a part of their concern and they would, in fact, tell on you to the CEO if you ever discuss about it to them. 3. Products-If publishing click-bait articles, ads, scamming publishers, circumventing google systems and policies despite their multi[ple warnings are your idea of successful products, then sure, they are successful. Hilariously, they are currently out of products since the product is banned on Yahoo and google alike. Their other product is garnering all the negative reviews it can from publishers across the globe. Their PR pieces feel like desperate attempts to hang on to a boat that has sunk half. If only they had put their efforts in revamping their products rather than scrutinizing employees and filling glassdoor with fake reviews after every legit negative review, Located near the popular scammers in Gurugram, these people have chosen the best place they ever can for this scam of a company. 4.CEO and the Co-founder- The way the CEO's paranoia has taken over him, it's a pity. All he does is sing praises of himself and belittle others to feel good about himself. He thinks highly of his company, even though the reviews and employees think otherwise. His love for art and [philosophy is a farce to show how intellectual he is.The Co-founder is just a child in a grown-up's body as all he does is throw temper tantrums and crack PJs for no apparent reason. Both of them fire employees like that is their hobby. The CEO has no regard for your family, your mental health and would hurl expletives if you fail to reply to his messages at even 3:00 am in the morning. For the female employees-this company nurtures sexist ideas and the way they treat females is simply appaling.Unless.you are working in the CEO's office, you are no good to the company(Ask around).

Pros

The ONLY pro that exist is their Office. Actually the Founder of the company is too proud of setting up their office space. And I believe, he actually invested all of his resources including his Brain into this, that he has nothing left to offer to the employees and clients.

Cons

1. The worst thing happening to the entire Man kind right now is COVID-19. Now don't consider this as an exaggerated comment, but you can survive CORONA Virus, but i bet you to survive this company. 2. The magnitude of the toxicity is so intense in their work culture & the management that it can bring Chernobyl to it's knees. 3. The Non-Tech Managers are naive and they do not even have knowledge or work experience to lead a team of a bunch of people. They are just some brainless slaves working in the Tyranny of Z1 Media. They only exist to demoralize, belittle and spit on their employees faces. 4. One more Horrible aspect - The HR , so called 'HUMAN' Resources don't consider their employees as HUMAN, so the irony is quite clear. 5. Worst thing for experienced candidates - This Company do believe in the concept of HARSH Micromanagement. They will track your activity on your laptops, mobiles, Apps and who knows, they may even catch hold of you while you are doing your business in a Bathroom. They are the Corporate Significant Equal to top secret agencies- NSA & CIA Last but not the least, the founder always seeks chances to scrap off some money from their employees and the clients. They have not paid to some of their clients, thousands of dollars citing some very stupid reasons.

Pros

As the former name of the company suggest ZERO

Cons

Everything that contributes to a toxic work environment. 1. Spineless HR team. Secretary is a better word for what they do in office. 2. No sick leave. They expect their employees to be superhuman and work day and night. Only 12 leaves are granted in a year which is way below the minimum mark setup by the government. 3. The employees are kept under surveillance of highest order. 4. Words like benefits or perk doesn't exist in management's dictionary. 5. Firing is the favourite pastime of management. To summarise the above points. If you want to experience how it feels to live in North Korea under the regime of mad dictator Kim Jong-Un, go and join Z1 Media.
