- Compensation - Remote - Valuable Work

Cons

- Culture is not very strong. While its hard in a remote world to have a good culture it doesn't appear to be a focus. - Consulting branded but staffing vibe. - Career progression and advancement is not clearly outlined.

Culture is terrible, pay is bad, hard work not rewarded depending on your manager, etc.
