I can't believe this company is still running. For a company that promotes innovation , modernization and strategic solutions, they can't even solve their own internal operational problems. Everyday is a cluster, management takes too long to make decisions, equipment and tools are primitive (think of the 90's or even worse, 80's). I've only worked for a few years but this company has drained me so much that I've gotten so bitter about it. Every suggestion you make would be ignored because they are so used to their old ways. Take note, most of the employees here are working for the company for more than a decade or two, so old dogs can't learn new tricks. You work so hard you don't even get recognition. Only the important people get recognition because they're the ones bringing in ideas right?? It was such a toxic workplace with no growth, lots of frustrations about how they do the business, and job inequality.

Prepare to go back in time. The company is stuck in the 90's in every way. They place no value in data, run everything on paper, and the average age of employees is quite high, which shows throughout the organization (especially in IT & Management). HR inserts themselves into every event, "toning" things down and preventing anything new or different. The entire company has no interest in change or efficiency, and though they throw around the terms "innovative" and "agile" they 100% do not mean it, and instead, you're punished for speaking up. On top of all this, the compensation is well below market value, and the benefits are poor/minimal. Still very much a catty, high school like vibe. Be careful who you talk to.
