- Great flexibility - Remote - Very few employees which allows you to know each other better and stay more coordinated with projects - Good benefits package

- While benefits are great, they aren't as comprehensive as other businesses. Though this is understandable since the company is small - Expectations for work is relaxed which makes it a little difficult to know what the aim/goal for certain work projects are
