Pros

- Talented, fun-loving people. You just might make some good friends here because bonding over how poorly you're being treated. - lunch discount - gym membership (which they've cut back on)

Cons

I wouldn't recommend a job here to my worst enemy. You're constantly talked down to, upper-level management doesn't communicate with anyone, it's an unnecessarily large building only causing distance and fear of the top floor for the second floor. They're building a robot to be seen as soon as you walk in, there's a bunch of fancy furniture imported, million dollar marble floors, yet somebody can work here for years and only receive a 1% pay raise. Ton of people are leaving, we are getting pulled aside to submit fake positive reviews on glassdoor.

Pros

Fancy food at weekly Zuddles? Other perks like dinner is you stay late (and CEO personally tracks that you're there)?

Cons

“What a sad state of affairs ” review is pretty much 100% on point. This company was once a bastion of talent and ambition, and many brilliant young grads wanted to come and work here. At it's current state, existing employees are posting on Facebook with a list of 15+ job openings to replace employees from various job departments that quit. The company is run by a megalomaniacal CEO who refuses to acknowledge his inability to lead Zazzle to a brighter future. The top brass at the company are all cronies of the "family" (except VP of Marketing, who was hired from Etsy), and are pretty much unqualified for their jobs and leadership in general. They fail to motivate their employees, and prove to them that they are doing anything meaningful with their lives except working for a cash- and ego-driven elitist family. If you're applying/interviewing there, you should seriously reconsider-- you're much better off taking your talents elsewhere where the CEO is not a complete self-absorbed jerk.
